Q. How to purchase my order on the site?
To order :-

  1. Click the “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue adding other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed to the payment page for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log into your account using your Username and Password. If you do not have an account created yet, you will need to register an account before proceeding to payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click the “next” button.
  5. Select your shipping method and click the “next” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method and then click the “next” button.
  7. After all the steps above has been done, You need to re-confirm your billing details and agree to the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Note: Your purchased products will not be delivered until we have this confirmation. For interbank transfers, please allow minimum 1 working day for processing.
 

2. Paypal / Credit / Debit Cards

We currently only accept PayPal payments worldwide.

PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalise your order when checking out. More information about PayPal is available at www.paypal.com

Note: all prices displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).


Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.



Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.



Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

- Please send an email to our customer service email at radiantden@gmail.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Q. Can I change/add to an existing order that have been made?
No, we are unable to edit your order. Please send a request to cancel your existing order and make a new order.

- Please send an email to our customer service email at radiantden@gmail.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Q. How long does the delivery usually take?
- Local Shipping usually takes about 1-3 (Peninsular) or 5-7 (Sabah/Sarawak) working days.
- International Shipping usually takes about 2-4 weeks.
Our shipping days are every Monday- Friday excluding public holidays and/or store closure.
